St Thomas Lodge

St Thomas Lodge was consecrated on the 20th November 1895 at the Crown Hotel Tibshelf before moving to the Alfreton Masonic Hall in 1972. We were named St Thomas, as the Governors of the St Thomas Hospital, London, were the Lord’s of the Manor of the Parish of Tibshelf.
We aim to enjoy ourselves to the full, be as welcoming as we can to others, never forgetting our ethos of raising monies and helping out charitable organisations, whilst also remembering we do not all have great wealth, but we do have a wealth of time to give to those that are in need.
Become part of a historic organisation spread over the four corners of the globe, our members pride themselves on our moral values and principles, renowned for our charitable works. You will meet and make new friends, enjoy the fun and camaraderie whilst bettering yourselves and helping others
