Started over 40 years ago, meeting in Grindleford, formed from Brethren from mainly Padley Lodge. Our logo is the Longshaw Estate house. Originally meeting at the Maynard Arms Hotel, and now at the Sir William. We look for good friendship supported by good ceremony.
We meet to enjoy ourselves, and to deliver ceremony with quality and humility. We exist to raise money for masonic and local non-masonic worthy causes. We believe in the community and our aim is to stay in the community where the lodge was started.
Instant friendship and welcome, relaxed and friendly atmosphere at the temple and the festive board, and annual entertainment at Christmas with friends and family invited.
