The history of the Dale Abbey Lodge, from 1936 was compiled and presented on Monday 22nd April 1996 by W. BRO. C. SHAW B.E.M. P.P.S.G.W., who was then the Lodge Chaplain.

The presentation, given on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Lodge's foundation, and the resulting booklet, were entitled:
