The new Lodge banner was dedicated
By the R. W. Provincial Grand Master David Charles Law on Wednesday 5th
November 2003.
A very impressive and enjoyable ceremony was
witnessed by all Lodge members and visitors, thanks to W. Bro Bill Barnard, Prov. G. D. of C. and the Provincial team.
Dedicatory Prayer
‘In the name of the Great Architect of the Universe we dedicate this
Banner to His service in the ceremonies of the Hartington Lodge. May He grant that,
when in these days and in the days to come, the eyes of the Brethren
rest upon this Banner, it may not only remind them of the goodly record
of the Past, but may call them to an even greater and fuller service in
the future, so that, walking worthily of their high vocation as
Freemasons, they may take their part in bringing to the World that peace
and happiness which can only be found in that Brotherhood which is the
Brotherhood of the Sons of God.’ So mote it be.
